Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in backend software development
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and backend development
• Experience working on high-load or high-transaction systems (high traffic, scalable systems)
• Knowledge of multithreading and concurrent programming
• Experience in performance optimization (latency reduction, system tuning)
• Knowledge of memory management and JVM internals (heap, garbage collection)
• Hands-on experience in REST API design and development
• Experience working with SQL or NoSQL databases
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and SOLID principles
• Experience with debugging and performance troubleshooting
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
• Advanced level of English (reading and technical documentation)
